- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am a senior citizen with painful arthritis. My doctor requested physical therapy for my shoulder. I contacted OSI and I was assigned a therapist within a few days. Brett, therapist, was excellent in the sessions. He was well educated in this field and always professional. I was given homework exercises to speed up the flexibility in my shoulder. Brett and I continued to discuss my progress and issues to update my treatment plan. I had a very positive experience at OSI. The staff was friendly, professional, timely and helpful.
